Ban appeal / Ban Appeal Format [BM]

Jangan Ban Evade dalam server jika awak kena ban, ini akan mengurangkan peluang unban awak.
Maksud Ban Evade: Menyertai server dengan nickname lain atau IP lain ketika awak kena ban.
Format:
In-game name: (Nama awak dalam server)
Who is the admin who has banned you: (Jika awak sudah lupa, cakap "Saya sudah lupa")
Reason: (Kenapa awak kena ban)
Time/Date of banned: (Tarikh atau masa yang awak kena ban, jika sudah lupa, cakap "hampir Mei atau Jun")
Explanation: (Jelaskan kenapa awak kena ban pada masa itu dan kenapa awak nak kena unban)
Dengar sini, server ini akan restart beberapa kali dan jika ada message macam ni: "You are banned from the server", jangan panik, ini SA:MP bug. Saya berharap awak tak akan membuat ban appeal macam tu.
Sekiranya ban appeal anda tidak menepati format tu, ban appeal tersebut boleh diabaikan atau dinafikan!

Please do not BAN EVADE if you're banned, this will only decrease your unban chance.
Meaning of BAN EVADE: Join the server with another nickname/IP when you're banned.
The format:
Now, I'll explain how to make an unban appeal.
In-game name: (Your in-game name in the server)
Who is the admin who has banned you: (If you don't remember, just say "I don't remember")
Reason: (Why you were banned)
Time/Date of banned: (The time and date you were banned, if you don't remember the day, just list it like "about May or June")
Explanation: (Explain what happens at the moment and why you want to be unbanned)
Listen to here, sometimes our server restarts and shows up: "You're banned from the server." Don't be panic! It's a SA:MP bug. Hope you will not post an unban appeal like that.
If your unban appeal is not following this format, your report will be ignored or denied!
